'Gold' 24 hour service: £65 per night
‘Silver’ evening/overnight service: £30 per night. Price is irrespective of number of dogs and cats (and rabbits etc!). Sole charge of horses can only be on gold cover As we are based in Horsham, the above prices apply to anywhere we can drive to within 20 minutes (measured on empty roads). Between 20 and 40 minutes add 10%, 40 to 50 minutes 20%. (See "Further Info" page for whether your area is included).
What’s included:
‘Gold’ 24 hour service: We stay in your home and guarantee at least one of us will be in residence at all times, 24 hours of the day.
‘Silver’ evening/overnight service: We stay in your home but combine this with our work (we both have very flexible work schedules which we can adapt to suit). Times we will be in your home/with your pets will be agreed in advance but is usually from 3.30pm until 8.30am. Extra visits to feed/exercise your pets can be made by arrangement and maximum times pets are to be left can be agreed.
All pet care and dog walking to your requirements are included in our prices. We can also arrange some maintenance duties such as a grass cut or pool clean, particularly with the 24 hour option. These to be discussed and agreed in advance.
We will use your sleeping, cooking and bathroom facilities but all will be handed back as clean as when we take over with all bedding laundered. We bring our own mobile communication so will not require use of your telephone but are happy to take your phone calls if you require. It is useful to us if we can use a BT socket for our laptop which dials a freephone 0800 number for internet access (wifi access is even better where possible).
Cancellation fees:
We take a 25% deposit for bookings. If we can rebook your dates any monies paid are fully refunded less a £20 administration fee. If we cannot rebook then the following charges apply:
More than 60 days notice: 25% (i.e., your deposit will be retained).
30 to 60 days: 50% of total will be payable.
Less than 30 days notice then the full amount is payable
We suggest that all clients ensure their travel insurance will cover our fees in the event of cancellation.
In the unlikely event of emergency hospitalisation of ourselves we have trusted family members we can bring in to take over. This is the only circumstance where we would bring in outside help.
