(Note:  We can be very flexible around the following price structure and  will always provide a written quotation for your individual needs.  Please ask, if we can accomodate your needs we will)

'Gold' 24 hour service:  £74 per night

'Silver' evening/overnight service:  £38 per night.   Price is irrespective of number of dogs and cats (and rabbits etc!).  Sole charge of horses can only be on gold cover   As we are based in Horsham, the above prices apply to anywhere we can drive to within 20 minutes (measured on empty roads).  Between 20 and 40 minutes add 10%, 40 to 50 minutes 20%.  (See "Further Info" page for whether your area is included).   Note: We sometimes consider housesits/decorating assignments further afield in UK and internationally as part holidays, priced on an individual basis.  Please enquire for details.

 

What's included:

'Gold' 24 hour service:  We stay in your home and guarantee at least one of us will be in residence at all times, 24 hours of the day.

'Silver' evening/overnight service:  We stay in your home but combine this with our work (we both have very flexible work schedules which we can adapt to suit). Times we will be in your home/with your pets will be agreed in advance but the standard arrangement is from 3.30pm until 8.30am.  Extra visits to feed/exercise your pets can be made by arrangement and maximum times pets are to be left can be agreed.

All pet care and dog walking to your requirements are included in the above prices.  We can also arrange some maintenance duties such as a grass cut or pool clean, particularly with the 24 hour option.  These to be discussed and agreed in advance.

We will use your sleeping, cooking and bathroom facilities but all will be handed back as clean as when we take over.  We bring our own food and bedding.  We bring our own mobiles so will not require use of your telephone but are happy to take your phone calls if you require. It is useful if we can hook up to a wifi connection but not essential as we have mobile broadband (depends upon a mobile phone signal).

 

Cancellation fees:

We take a 25% deposit for bookings.  If we can rebook your dates any monies paid are fully refunded less a £22 administration fee.  If we cannot rebook then the following charges apply:

More than 60 days notice: 25% (i.e., your deposit will be retained).

30 to 60 days: 50% of total will be payable.

Less than 30 days notice then the full amount is payable

 

We strongly recommend that all clients ensure their travel insurance will cover our fees in the event of cancellation.   We can usually rebook but cannot guarantee this.
